The subscription to SalusBank® foresees different typologies of service, but the common finality is to offer an unique product to the use, convenient and for the whole life.
The subscription validity last for one year and it has to be renewed in time to have real validity.
For the consumer that doesn't renew within 7 days from the due date, the subscription SalusBank® decays and it won't be possible to use the service because the access to the data will be denied.
Within the 30 following days, SalusBank® will send to the client, in digital format (cd rom), the whole clinical briefcase and it will provide, within the followings 12 months, the total cancellation of any paper or digital documentation, related to the client, in its possession.
It is understood that SalusBank® in any way and for any motive is allowed to use the sanitary data of the client that will be covered, also after the expiration of the contract, from absolute reservation.

Actually the typologies of Subscription are the followings:

SB Basic : individual, annual with insertion you date basic € 12,00
SB One: individual, annual and with limited operations € 30,00
SB Plus: individual, annual and with illimited operations € 50,00
SB Family: packet for cohabitant family group (up to 3 users), annual and with illimited operations € 80,00
SB Senior: individual for over 60, annual and with illimited operations € 35,00
